HELLO AGAIN!
Ok so it’s been a little while since I’ve updated here. Here’s the exercise I’ve been up to. I was very (VERY) sore after the half but am feeling completely fine now (I would hope so considering it’s been a week) except for a teeny tiny teensy hip thing but that’s going to fix itself.
Today I’m going swimming with Catrin and if I get an ear ache I’m going to throw hands at the pool. Update: it is now 10.30pm and swimming was really fun! Also, the rest of my day was good! We did just over a kilometre and chatted a lot. Plus I really needed tpo wash my hair but have recently decided I don’t like washing my hair so it was a nice way to do that without it feeling like a chore. On the not-plus side the pain in my hip has become a lot more noticeable so I reckon the breaststroke was not good for it. But on the bright side this morning it felt like it was getting better. Also Catrin said she used to get hip pain from running and she just stopped running for a bit and it fixed itself #prayforme. Tomorrow I won’t go to the gym. Maybe will do some light stretching or something.
