Oh my bad

Hello!

So it’s been a tiny while. I’m just saying hello.

I haven’t exercised much at all this year and I feel a bit sluggish for it. I miss running far and it feels like another life ago that I went out all the time. To be fair, that was about 3 years ago. I think I’ll always find it hard to do stuff in moderation and maybe it’s been good for me this year that I’ve had to stop. Exercising gets quite noisy for me. Separate to that, I’ve found it hard since leaving uni to find a routine. I want to do fun things after work and exercise before work but I’m still just so tired. And separate to THAT, my period has been worsening things and doesn’t seem to be stopping. I do love rushing up stairs and escalators on my way to work and getting out of puff. I think I’d enjoy going back to the gym even if it was only a couple of times a month. I’m not really sure what to throw myself into at the moment. It isn’t my work, playing cello, or exercising at the moment. Anyway I did a couple of quick weighted arm workouts this week and that was fun.
