Week 1 complete!

It’s Sunday and I did my first and only strength and conditioning workout! It was a 20 minute online pilates thing which was So. Hard. I was flailing around my room trying to do leg circles on a side plank and my legs were aching a lot from yesterday’s run which didn’t help either. Note to self: being wobbly from a run is a great way to simulate intoxication when on a sober night out.
